Feels like snow here

though it's dead hot summer

I am frozen like times push

I wish this cold would lift

I know I should be better than this

I tried so hard to put you at ease

Selfish and sad but not heartless.

Words that fall on the deaf ears of

My beloved who sings of peace yet flies no flag
