so long ago you positioned yourself into my memory
I hope you missed how
I stared to memorize your face
kissing you in my mind
and loving you so deeply, you held my hand throughout
I happily let the world slip away
you lifted me from my darkest hour
and your smile forced me to tell you I love you
perhaps I made the wrong advances
perhaps you were ashamed
the love that could not be heard of but was visible to many
your eyes were bright enough to light my life even today
know now that I did love you
and when I close my eyes I can still see your smile.
IS that you replying so soon, or you can turn left on red

I love the poem, it made me think about what I thought was love in the past and what I know love is not. It also made me feel like you meet every person 4 a reason because with him I wouldn't know what I wanted out of love
Peace

Ahh, reminded me of what I "thought" was my first true love, but after I found out what he truly was, I now hate him (rather, dislike him intensely:(!!)
