miracle

I try to act as if your absence does not greatly affect me

it seems to have passed without a notice

and with great speed.

It has shaped me , yet I never had the chance to soak up what I needed.

I am miles from there and

most of you are dead.

(some of you literally)

I want to grasp tightly that magic in your miraculous refrain-

it beats in my head

it beats in my heart;

the miracle of that time

bubbles over into now

and I cry for the original

and cope with the substitutes.
