I thought of you not to long ago and decided to visit your site and felt sorrow when I had seen the passing of your grandfather. I am sorry for your loss, but you will meet again one day. You are a part of your grandfather and he is with you everyday. Keep your chin up and you have plenty of love surrounding you. I will check back with you at a more solace time.
Take care Baby. Kelly
Shed not too many tears when I
shall leave;
Be brave enough to smile
It will not shorten, howsoe'er
you grieve
Your loneliness the while.
I would not have you sorrowful
and sad,
But joyfully recall
The glorious companionship we've
had,
And thank G-d for it all,
Don't let your face grow tear-
streaked, pale and wan:
Have heart for mirth and song -
Rejoice, though for a little while
I've gone,
That I was here so long,
For if I thought your faith would
fail you so,
And leave you so distressed,
That sobbing to my body's grave
you'd go,
My spirit could not rest.
So sorry to hear and my best wishes to you. My Dad died when I was 12 and I always think it is easier when you are young and carefree. My thoughts are with you!
The exact comment you gave me when my Mom died suddenly this past May:
"i'm really sorry to hear about that sweets...she is with you watching it all unfold:)"
I need to change the "she" to "he" - your words truly comforted me then...I hope they comfort you now.
Love and Blessings!
Chris

Cease ... upon the moment of long ago
One breath away and there you will be
So young and carefree again you will see
That place and time
So gold
Still ... away into that way back when
You thought that all would last forever
But like the weather nothing can ever
And be in time
Stay gold
But can it be ... when we can see
So vividly a memory
And yes you say so lost a day
To fade away
And leave a red sun
So gold
Life ... is but a twinkling of an eye
Yet filled with sorrow and compassion
Though not imagined all things that happen
Will age to old
Though gold

So sorry. :(
You were there when my grandma died earlier this year. Now such a tragic loss for you. :(
Does not seem to be a good year for us 1975ers.
My sincerest condolences. All that was is so irrelevent in light of such untimely news. And forgotten.
Be well. I'm around. You know where.
